Understanding our Essence gives us access to more confidence, ease, and impact at work and in any part of our lives.

New and experienced managers, team leaders, and individual contributors.

- Do an interactive Essence Discovery exercise to begin to understand your unique essence
- Learn and discuss ways to integrate Essence into your work today to build trust and do better work no matter what you’re doing
