 ng resilience and minimizing risks.\n\nCities and the built environment ar
 e at the forefront of these efforts\, as they are central to where most pe
 ople live and where climate strategies are implemented. The focus on susta
 inable urban and rural transitions\, alongside the decarburization of the 
 built environment\, is key to enhancing climate resilience. Equally vital 
 is the development of strong governance structures to support climate acti
 on—through education\, policy\, and advocacy—ensuring that all sectors
  of society contribute to progress.
