Imposter syndrome can often feel like something we should fix or beat, like it’s our fault for not having confidence or self-assurance.

In truth, the imposter experience happens because of deeper issues most commonly based in the biases that exist at work. This workshop will help participants recalibrate their perspective and shift the inner dialogue so they can stop internalizing the imposter label and empower themselves at work and in their lives.

New and experienced managers, team leaders, and individual contributors.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Learn the reasons why imposter syndrome has become the phenomenon it has
  • Get new language to define imposter feelings to feel more empowered day to day
  • Explore mindset distinctions to help them interrupt and recalibrate moments of self-doubt like: Uncertainty v. Imposter; truth v. Truth, and All or Nothing v. Growth Mode
