Remarkably seeks a Director of Engineering that reports directly to the CTO. As Director of Engineering, you will directly manage an Engineering team of full-time and contract team members located both locally and globally.

The individual is a technical team leader and strategist who partners and collaborates with the CTO, engineers, Product, Sales, and CS teams to help achieve company, product, revenue, and customer/user goals. They are customer and product-centric and will have an established track record of developing and delivering scalable technical solutions that people love to use. The individual is able to showcase exceptional experience directing and managing web application design and development, and is highly motivated to achieve significant results in a fast-paced, high-stakes startup environment while navigating shifting priorities and changing requirements.
