Parking There is a parking garage below The Collective and street parking around the area at your own expense. If you decide to park in the parking garage, the entrance is at the back of the building along a back alley. It’s a one-way street, enter the alley from Harrison Street.

Presently co-founding SaaS start up at intersection of my professional expertise and passions: technology to enable enterprise DEI in scaling and driving results in representation among workforce and leadership across every level. Career originated in 10+ years of DEI political campaign strategy design, developing national and global movements, known for cultivating leaders, developing messages that convert and inspire solidarity. Tested record of foregrounding the political and thought leadership of women of color and other underrepresented minorities. Second decade career pivoted into founding and business leadership, cultivating customer base of executives spanning FAANG companies, their peers, and unicorn start ups — private enablement and consulting for leaders developing their teams, workforce, orgs and OKRs at scale.

Chandan Golla Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer, Included

Chandan (he/him) is the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Included, a DEI first people analytics and nudges platform. Prior to Included, Chandan was VP of Products at Integris software (now acquired by OneTrust) where he built AI-powered automated data discovery products and platforms to enable enterprise data privacy and data governance programs. Chandan in a seasoned product leader who successfully led several enterprise and consumer facing Bigdata/AI/ML-powered products (B2B, SaaS, Cloud etc.) and analytics platforms. Prior to Integris, Chandan spent several years at startups as well as large corporates like eBay, T-Mobile and Nordstrom building and leading highly technical global teams in delivering data-driven products and services that continue to drive millions of dollars of revenue today. Chandan provides strategy and consulting to executives and investors at startups and large organizations in several areas including data management, analytics platforms and products, metadata management, master data management, data governance, customer identity linking, customer 360, single/unified view of customer programs, big-data, business intelligence, data visualization, privacy technology solutions, AI/Machine learning based solutions and more.
