Covid Protocols *The venue has a HEPA filter system and very high ceilings for good air filtration.

Guidelines for attending guests:

Parking There is a parking garage below The Collective and street parking around the area at your own expense. If you decide to park in the parking garage, the entrance is at the back of the building along a back alley. It’s a one-way street, enter the alley from Harrison Street.

Jhansi Reddy

Jhansi Reddy, Principal PM Manager, Microsoft

Jhansi Reddy is a Principal Program Manager on the CSE team at Microsoft. The Commercial Software Engineering (CSE) team is a global engineering organization that works directly with customers looking to leverage the latest technologies to address their toughest challenges. Before this role, Jhansi was a Software developer and PM on the Microsoft Learning team. A passionate lifetime learner herself, she loved teaching programming to students as an instructor at Seattle Central as well. This experience as an instructor enables her customer communication and team leadership.
Hayk Tadevosyan

Hayk Tadevosyan, author of The Power of Mindset

Hayk is the owner and operator of two Insurance & Financial Services agencies on the Eastside located in Bellevue and Kirkland. They specialize in helping people prevent two of the biggest financial mistakes. 1 – not being prepared to protect their assets in case of an unplanned financial loss. 2 – customers achieve financial freedom. He wrote his book, The Power of Mindset, to sum up 4 categories of self-help industry into one and to inspire people to go be the best they can be through his story, real-life examples, and proven theories.
Maria PEtrova

Maria Petrova, AWS Skill Center Lead

Maria has been with AWS for over six years and is currently the AWS Skills Center Seattle Site Lead. She works very closely with all training programs across the organization, specifically those focused on upskilling, reskilling, and helping those who are willing and looking for a change in career, more understanding of the cloud, or do not have access to higher educational institutions. She is also responsible for the day-to-day operations at the center.
