My doctoral dissertation focused on developing new remote sensing techniques to improve land cover mapping in arid regions and using these improved maps to characterize spatial and temporal changes in land cover.

My master’s thesis focused on characterizing invasive plant species in wetland regions of the Long Island Sound using remote sensing and GIS.

My undergraduate thesis focused on organic chemistry, specifically, laboratory techniques for synthesizing a compound that is used in heart medications.
