I help companies develop, scale, and improve products and services. A native New Yorker and lifelong learner, I graduated with honors from Columbia Business School while working full-time at American Express building and leading a global Employee Experience team (one of four roles I held in my 10+ years there). I’m currently working with the Northeast Big Data Innovation Hub to create a business model and product roadmap using a lean methodology. I have been granted 10 US patents and have led engineers, product/project managers, researchers and designers. I am well-versed in agile methodologies, data science capabilities, and design thinking techniques. I’m also a yogi, meditator, and world traveler. In late 2016, I started a sabbatical to travel the world (visiting 8 countries) and practice mindfulness. Currently freelancing from Bali, but in the process of relocating to the west coast!
