Crawled a movie file system, processed about 50 files to extract significant words or concepts, indexed >5 million movies, and boosted performance by multithreading with mutex
Launched the search engine as a server using socket programming with TCP/IP protocol suites that concurrently serves multiple clients

Developed the Othello Game using Processing and designed corresponding game algorithms in Python
Managed interactions and scores management by asynchronous processing and alert dialog
Trained an AI computer opponent by searching the game tree with shortest paths algorithm and alpha-beta pruning, gaining 83% winning probability
