·         Mollie has diverse client management experience in successfully delivering large scale solutions, in a variety of global client-service organizations

·         She has been accountable for budgets and/or client revenue ranges of $3-10 million dollars

·         She has proven track record managing individual project budgets and budget roll-up of multiple projects

·         Completely experienced with both SDLC and infrastructure/hardware projects

·         She has managed the full project lifecycle from discovery phase to support post launch
