In his most recent role he served as a project manager and business analyst at Microsoft Commerce Platform, where he focused on launching products from on-boarding to production and solving production issues with engineering, licensing, sales and partners. This role was the capstone of two years spent within project management, business analyst and quality assurance at Microsoft. Overall, Lian’s specialty lies within client facing engagements for a variety of business functions and industries where he developed Business Solutions starting from requirements, design, implementation/configuration, deployment, UAT and personnel training (Microsoft SharePoint, Project Server and other custom platforms).
