I want to work in a fast-paced, growing company in a position that offers increasing levels of responsibility, accountability and creativity. I hope to work in an entry-level position as an account manager and/or project coordinator in a tech startup or marketing research firm. I hope to eventually become an individual contributor and valuable asset to this professional team.

Research Assistant at Lightspeed GMI

I worked for the Chief Research Scientist, Mitch Eggers as his research assistant. Together, we launched a series of five surveys using personality tests and social psychological measures. Not only did I design the questionnaires but I also wrote the scripts for survey programming. During this summer internship, I managed and directed my own team of offshore survey programmers located in Bulgaria. I also organized focus group sessions amongst colleagues to generate feedback for these social psychological scales and personality tests.
