July 2014 - January 2015

Research Assistant at Lightspeed GMI

I worked for the Chief Research Scientist, Mitch Eggers as his research assistant. Together, we launched a series of five surveys using personality tests and social psychological measures. Not only did I design the questionnaires but I also wrote the scripts for survey programming. During this summer internship, I managed and directed my own team of offshore survey programmers located in Bulgaria. I also organized focus group sessions amongst colleagues to generate feedback for these social psychological scales and personality tests.
