Why did you create this product? What is your passion around the problem your product is solving?

At MeeBoss, we’re driven by the belief that building something extraordinary starts with the right people. Our passion lies in breaking down barriers between talented job seekers and the innovative startups, founders, and smaller companies that need them most.

We created MeeBoss to make hiring and job searching more human, direct, and efficient. Our mission is to empower both sides: job seekers get meaningful feedback and direct access to opportunities, while employers can focus on candidates who share their vision and values—ready to help weather the ups and downs of building something great. We’re passionate about this because our jobs, our work, our livelihoods are an important part of life’s journey, self-fulfillment, and the support and well-being of our families and community. So let’s make the hiring journey faster, smarter, and more personal—your next dream job, your next great hire, is just one chat away!

What is the problem you’re solving and why is your solution the best way to solve it?

Job seekers and employers are frustrated with the traditional hiring process. Job seekers are tired of sifting through endless job listings, being ghosted or receiving little or no feedback, and investing precious hours crafting 100s of applications and cover letters that go nowhere, disappearing into the “application blackhole.” Startups, early-stage, and smaller companies struggle to find the right fit quickly. It’s tough to find startup mindset candidates who genuinely share the vision and values in a crowded, competitive market.

The traditional hiring process is slow, impersonal, and inefficient for both sides. We are changing this by harnessing smart job-matching technology and secure, two-way direct chat, so candidates and hiring managers can connect instantly, assess fit in real time, and build genuine relationships. MeeBoss stands out because it makes the hiring journey faster, smarter, and more human—empowering job seekers to find meaningful opportunities and helping employers build teams ready to tackle the challenges of building something great.

What is one of the greatest lessons you’ve learned from being a Founder/CEO?

One of the lessons I’ve learned as a founder is that building genuine, trusted relationships–both within the team and with customers–is crucial. It’s not just about the product; it’s about creating an environment where open communication, adaptability, honesty, and resilience are part of the foundation to help us navigate the inevitable ups and downs of growing a successful company.

What is the one piece of advice you would share today with your younger self before you started your company?

If I could give my younger self one piece of advice, it would be to trust yourself and embrace change. Uncertainty is part of the journey, and being flexible—while staying true to what truly matters, like your core values, instincts, perspective, and vision—is essential. Every setback is an opportunity to learn and grow, often leading to unexpected breakthroughs. Most importantly, invest in relationships; the people you place around you will be your greatest support in navigating and overcoming the challenges ahead.

What is something interesting and unexpected that people would be surprised to learn about you?

Something interesting and unexpected about me is that I’m part of a Seattle music collective—co-writing, recording, and releasing original music with two projects: Quigzy Stick (vocals and bass) and Bright Gold Chariot (drums and bass). Our music has garnered over 50,000 streams and reached listeners in more than 100 countries worldwide!
