Cancellations and Refunds

This policy is Effective for all transactions purchased on August 13, 2015 and beyond. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your New Tech Seattle transactions. If you have trouble for any reason please contact us so we can work with the Merchant to resolve your issue.

Advertising and Job Postings

Generally, all fees and charges are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Except as noted here, all paid products including New Tech Seattle Ads or New Tech Seattle Job postings are nonrefundable after purchase and delivery. An exception we may consider is providing a refund when we’ve updated your payment information and there are good reasons to believe that you did not intend for an update to be made.


All purchases of tickets for Events are non-refundable and are only valid on the specific date you chose at the time of purchase. Event tickets are date and time specific. If the ticket is not used on a specific date, for any reason, the entire value is forfeited where permissible by law. No full or partial refunds are given to customers who miss an event date. Purchasers will be notified prior to cancelled or rescheduled events. Cancelled events will be fully refunded. If you are unable to attend the new date of a rescheduled events, you are entitled to a refund upon request or we will register you for free for an upcoming event.
