This month, join us to celebrate and empower women in the tech industry, discuss ways we can ensure women will be fully represented, and advance the conversation forward.
Our theme for this month is Women In Tech. It’s no secret, companies with more women and more gender diversity perform better than those with less. We’re excited to invite you to learn about the difficulties, successes, and benefits of women in the tech industry, and what we can all do to ensure women aren’t just fully represented, but thrive.
Doors open, get to know your community!
IGNITE presented by Cathi Rodgveller – We create opportunities to spark girls’ excitement about technology careers and inspire them to new possibilities. IGNITE lights them up. Self-identifying girls and non-binary students in grades K-12, and college from all backgrounds interact with professional women in technology careers during the school day.
Silene Biotech presented by Lena Shaw – Freezing your stem cells halts their aging – and allows you to access your younger cells to fight age-related diseases.
Association for Women in Computing presented by Lynne Reynolds – We promote awareness on issues affecting women in the computing industry, further the professional development and advancement of women in computing, and encourage women to enter computing as a career.
