Ryan Carpenter serves as Attorney and Managing Director of Carpenter Wellington. Ryan advises clients across a broad set of industries, on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including intellectual property, corporate compliance, M&A, technology and sourcing, and complex business transactions, that include development and license agreements, services agreements, technology SaaS and license agreements, outsourcing, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Mario Glisic – A graduate of Seattle University School of Law, Mario brings multiple years of experience in the legal industry that includes in-house roles with large, international technology companies. In these positions, Mario gained deep experience working directly with internal business clients, giving him unique insight into the inner workings and operations of his clients’ organizations and their needs to balance internal interests, business risks, and business opportunities. Mario applies this experience to provide business-oriented advice and solutions that achieve his clients’ business objectives while effectively helping them manage risk.
