Are You Ready for Seattle’s Biggest Month of Tech Events?

Trees are turning red and yellow, Kam is back, Seahawks kicked off their season at home with a blow out, and October is almost upon us already. Can you believe it? In Seattle that means we’re entering the fullest tech event/conference month of the year.

We have over 300 tech meetups (including Startup Grind, Hacker News Meetup, Beers with Engineers, Appy Hour, and American Angels) alone in Seattle, but October is the favored month for great conferences so check out some of our favorites:

GeekWire Summit October 1-2
The premier technology conference in the Pacific Northwest, bringing together engineers, entrepreneurs, investors and innovators for a conversation about the future of business and technology.

John Legere
T-Mobile CEO John Legere at the 2014 GeekWire Summi

It’s also full of opportunities to make valuable connections, with fun parties built into the agenda on two nights and plenty of networking during the main show. This is an event where business deals happen, and key alliances are made.  One of our favorite stories from a past GeekWire Summit is when the CEOs of Parallels and GoDaddy met for the first time, and ended up inking a partnership several months later.

Now in its fourth year, the 2015 GeekWire Summit, is expanding to two days, featuring top executives from companies and organizations including Nike, Zillow, Xbox, Concur, the New York Times and more.

…and SubPop founder, Bruce Pavitt will be DJing!
