1927 Events – Located between Downtown and Belltown in Seattle. Built in the late 1920s and renovated in 2012, the venue features high ceilings and exposed brick and beam. The refined urban setting is perfect for meetings, parties, weddings, and more. The venue includes a full bar if clients desire bar service, or clients can procure proper licensing and provide their own food and beverages. All event furniture is provided, including multiple room/table layout options, projector, sound system, and wireless microphones.

415 Westlake – A distinctive northwest venue for music, receptions, corporate and cultural events, provides a fresh canvas for your special event. 415 has over 5,000 SF of space that seats over 200 at table or 350 for walk around events. 415 offers complimentary tables, chairs, standard AV package, wireless internet, accessible restrooms, some parking and an excellent kitchen for your caterer or one of our recommended caterers.

425 Collective – We will provide not just available room for small businesses and startups to rent and operate out of, but for Northwest University’s MBA students looking to get a feel for the real-life working environment and experience what startup culture is like, according to 425 Collective’s Interim Director Sam Smith.

AWS Sills CenterAWS Skills Center Seattle provides an interactive learning experience where participants discover cloud career possibilities. Axis – With great pride, AXIS has preserved 6000sf within the historic 1889 Globe Building as Seattle’s most exciting event space.  Featuring an event capacity up to 400, AXIS is centered on a series of 18’ brick arches blending seamlessly into antique wood floors with a sprinkle of industrial modern design.  AXIS is the only large capacity non-hotel event space in downtown Seattle and is easy walking distance to numerous downtown hotels, as well as the burgeoning Pioneer Square restaurant and bar scene (right out our back door). ($$$, Pioneer Square)

Block 41 – A thoughtfully and thoroughly repurposed building offering two new fully equipped prep kitchens, new restrooms, and an elegant green room. Global Innovation Exchange – The Steve Ballmer Building, home of the Global Innovation Exchange (GIX), has several modern event spaces and rooms available for rental. We have rooms to accommodate anywhere from 20 to 200 people and all rooms are equipped with audio visual. Our spaces work great for workshops, meetings, receptions, conferences, and more. We are located in the heart of Bellevue’s new Spring District.

Hing Hay CoWorks – A  collaborative and productive work space serving freelancers, boutique firms and start-ups who value meaningful partnership, creative exploration, and bringing ideas to market. Metropolist – Hold your event, wedding, gala, or celebration at
Metropolist. Metropolist Events is in the business of offering an event space alternative in the Seattle area, conveniently located in SODO. Microsoft Store at University Village – I just wanted to share with you that our theater room is always available for any of your meet ups. We can set things up so you can live stream your event, record your event, and more. Our theater is available for free, there is no catch. We’re trying to educate groups and organizations in the area that were here and want to be a resource for you and your members.

Motif Seattle – has over 22,000 square feet of flexible and well thought after event space.  The 3rdfloor is ideal for large-scale events from galas, celebration dinners, and business functions.  The Emerald Ballroom is Seattle’s third largest ballroom and features floor-to-ceiling windows, and a dedicated foyer space for registration or pre-arrival programming.
