Special guest James Pratt, Reflective Management

With many companies still working from home, and the date for “normal life” sometime in the future the impacts of Covid-19 are still being felt across the country. Now many of us have been working from home for 2 months, the novelty has worn off and the reality of a whole day in front of zoom has set in. Now is the time to check-in on working from home, evaluate how it’s affecting our mental health and plan for working from home for the foreseeable future.
